.How would you express this rune through Yoga, Ti-Chi, Marshal Arts or other body sciences?
Ah, Hagal, one of my favorite runes :P
It signifies the occurrence, and acceptance, of an unavoidable event that is extremely transformative in nature all the person's physical, emotional, mental/intellectual, and spiritual levels. In Yog, this occurs when the yogi realizes that the physical world around him/her is very unstable. However, the existence of, and the relationship with one's spirit is permanent and very stable. When all the materialistic wants and needs of the mind has ceased, the yogi takes up the cloth, and becomes a saint, so that they may continue in their quest for the mastery of spirit, and the attainment of the divine.
In my mind, this is a strong, but peaceful representation of the workings of the rune Hagalaz. Any takers? Any shakers? :P
