Help with a Rune/Sigil

Hey there- one of the students in the shaman studies group has seen what looks to be a bind rune or sigil in her dreams- but I can really make it out:

It sort of looks like a Thors hammer and a 't' from the Younger Futhark but even that is a stretch- anyone have any ideas?
December Full Moon

As I do every month I went up a mountain to do my drumming under the full moon.
As always I bring my camera to capture the sunset and clouds before it gets dark. Normally I make this journey alone but a friend needed some advice and showed up as I was making my way up the mountain and so he walked with me as I talked. I went up to do my drumming last night and it was, as always, a unique experience. I try to keep some things the same but I also try to make something different each time.
I went to a higher ridge, further back this time, but I did so because I would see the moon sooner and though the hike back would be longer it involved less cliff faces to go down on the way back.

Still stuck in my rut- I keep getting told that I will find a job that finally caters to my strengths and that I will enjoy it but the current state of things sure seems to have nothing but more of the same to offer. Figured I would ask the runes for advice to break it.
The first Rune was the problem, the second the needed change, the last was my result.

The difficulty of a Shamanic path is that were new knowledge is found is often in places of taboo. This can be so shocking to the outsider that most shamans choose to live outside the village or community.
Here are some things to consider. What is the wolf with out its pray? The pray animal is were the strength is fed. Look at these animals to build your totem powers. Look at the snake and its pray as you look into the habits of the pray note the strengths and weaknesses. These can give you deep personal insights.
I am not a shaman in the true scene of the word, but I do live very remote. Throughout my life I have walked on the edge of social acceptability. It gives one great insight, in looking in to my own anima I spent some time exploring a transgender lifestyle. Before that experiences I had a difficult time with my own masculinity. Now I am very masculine in mind and appearance. But learning about myself required going against convention.
A shaman must go against convention to find the answers that convention can not find. It is a path of risk and often betrayal.
